Quality is paramount to us and we operate our own bake-house and food production centre supplying the company's out-catering operations, retail shops, venues and wholesale clients.

Our team of full-time catering professionals supported by a fleet of specialty vehicles, portable kitchens and serveries allows us to take care of any event from very large or very small, anywhere in the South Island.

Innovative Cuisine

Put simply, we love creating and presenting superb food - that's the reason why we are caterers. 

Our chefs can follow a specific brief or create something for you, but will always serve flavoursome food with style.  While we have several menu options, we are also happy to design a menu according to particular themes or styles, and can also accommodate individual dietary requirements with advance notice.

We use premium fresh produce including the superior South Island crayfish (lobster), whitebait, lamb, beef, ostrich, venison and salmon.

Beverages

Our off-site liquor licence enables us to serve our guests anywhere, anytime and we are happy to provide a full bar or table service.  Pre-budgeted packages can be tailored to an event or we can simply charge on consumption.
