Greg Ward - Managing Director
Born into catering and raised at events, Greg has a blue-blood hospitality pedigree.  With a natural love of good food, working experience of all aspects of the business and true understanding of the markets' requirements, Greg leads an enthusiastic team in a constant drive to redefine and improve the service and products we offer.

Megan Pollard – PA to the Managing Director
Megan is mainly PA to the Managing Director (if you cannot get hold of Greg, Megan will know where he is!).  She also assists the senior management team and updates the company's various websites.

Will van Heeswyck - Food and Beverage Manager

Extensive experience as chef in some of the country's largest and smallest kitchens cooking for discerning audiences as well as some years as a chef tutor stands Will in good stead as he manages the Continental cuisine team, ensuring we present superb food that is relevant to each audience - be it at an out-catering event, in one of our exclusive venue restaurants or in the bakery.

Andy Youngman - Hires Manager
Probably one of the most experienced marquee riggers in New Zealand, Andy has worked on all types of marquees for all sorts of events from small clip frames for the backyard party to big top marquees for trade shows and festivals.  Andy leads our highly experienced Event Hire team who are skilled at determining the right equipment you need and will deliver, erect and dismantle your marquee anywhere in the South Island.

Bakery Team
The Continental Bakery team create delicious food on a daily basis, not only for our bakery based in Rangiora, but also the bakery requirements for the Event Catering team for the various functions throughout the South Island including bread, savouries, slices, desserts and special occasion treats and cakes.
